Diary notes let you know what happened during your sitter's visits to your home.

The notes highlight your sitter's observations about your pet's behaviour, and things that may have happened in and around your home; updates about tasks that you assigned to your sitter may also be provided.

Standard diary notes are handwritten on paper by your sitter, which you can read when you get home. Unlike standard diary notes, online diary notes are typed on our system by your sitter and you can read them when ever you like and from where ever you are that has Internet access.

A few simple steps

1. Register by clicking here; it's easy and free. We will email you a temporary password (your username is the email address we have on file for you).

2. Request online notes when you book our services by selecting "Yes" for Online Diary Notes at "STEP 5 - OTHER" of the Quote Request form (if you are a client who never used our services) or the Reservation Request form (if you are a returning client who used our services before).

3. Pick the frequency of your online notes by telling your sitter on which days (from one day to every day you plan on being away) and how often per day (from once to four times) you want online notes.

4. After making the visit to your home, your sitter logs into our system, checkmarks that the visit is completed, and enters the online diary notes.

   Standard diary notes are prepared on days when you don't ask for online diary notes.

5. Log into our system to access and read your notes:
