From Belle's pet parent

December 2005 ― This is the latest addition to our family.  Her name is Belle.  She is a brindle Great Dane.  We got her from a breeder in Bolton after waiting for her for almost 2 years.  She makes her home with us, our four cats (whom she desperately wants to play with, unfortunately the cats do not quite return the loving when the giant paws threaten to come down on their heads) and our four children (with one on the way).

She has quite the personality and is already talking back!  Imagine that, she is only 13 ½ weeks old!  She absolutely loves to play and she loves people.  She was especially taken with Amy Shannon when she came to our house to meet.  Amy Shannon is one of the most loving people I have met when it comes to pets!  From what I understand she is also bonding with one of our cats in particular!  Amy made us feel totally comfortable with us leaving our baby with her.  I can leave in the morning and know that I don’t have to worry because Amy Shannon will be there to give her some love during the day.
