Since it was our first experience, Sara was kind enough to respond to emails while we were away. When we came back, there was a detailed report card on her visit and that was fabulous for us. It was excellent and it gave us that extra reassurance that things went well while we were away. As a business owner myself, I am beyond impressed with the service that was provided. It is top notch! As owners of an elderly dog, Eddie, and little cat, Luke, we only wish we'd used the service much sooner. Eddie appeared happy and totally content when we returned. I think he actually misses Sara! There is no doubt that we will use Sara again and have already referred her, as well as Loving Paws & House Sitting to our network of pet owners! Thank you, Mary-Anne |
