Keeping regular hours and answering client inquiries and complaints promptly is one of the key components of
our
quality assurance - standards of excellence commitment. 

We are reachable by our clients at all times while providing our services or we make appropriate messaging opportunities available and return every message within a reasonable time. We also keep in contact with our clients to provide reassurance/information/updates on their pets' condition/disposition/activities each time a client request it.

  Services 365 days a year

We provide service all year long, including during long weekends and holidays.

  Getting in touch with us

We verify emails and voicemails on an ongoing basis every day.

We strive to respond to all emails and voicemails as quickly as possible (within 24 hours at the latest).

Please provide us with your contact information so we can reply.

Office closed during holidays

Unless related to an emergency and to an already booked assignment that is taking place on a holiday, emails and voicemails left during a holiday will be returned within 24 hours following the holiday.

Blocked emails?

Your email may be blocked by virus- or spam-blocking software. If you do not receive our reply to your email within 24 hours, please check your virus or spam email folder, or give us a call.

  Service earlier or later than our regular hours

We realize that you may need our help before or after our posted hours of services. If this is the case, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. Examples of how we can help include but are not limited to:
> making a visit before 8 a.m.
> making a visit after 8 p.m.
> staying in your home overnight
> boarding your pet in a sitter's home overnight

Our ability to accommodate a special request depends on the availability of a sitter. A surcharge may apply.

Rate our services

Despite our best efforts, we know as a business there is always room for improvement and that's why we not only welcome but actually seek and encourage feedback on how we can do things better. 

If you've had any dealings with us, we would greatly appreciate any feedback you could provide. Write us, call us, or use our Survey to tell us how we're doing, and feel free to let us know what we can change that we think is working well but might otherwise not be.
