To anyone wishing to use the services of Loving Paws & House Sitting, this letter provides a reference for Amy Shannon Leclair and Loving Paws & House Sitting I worked with Amy Shannon for several years at the Alta Vista Animal Hospital while she held (and still holds) the position of Patient Care Coordinator. I was always impressed with how seriously Amy Shannon approached her job. She had the considerable responsibility of attending to the patients at one of the largest and most technologically advanced veterinary hospitals in the country. She handled cats and dogs of all sizes and temperaments and needed to be familiar with complicated medical conditions and surgical procedures. She was required to explain detailed home care to the owners and to describe the use of all types of medication. She demanded the highest level of care for these patients, working long hours in a fast-paced, often highly stressful environment. Yet she always remained calm and professional, treating clients, fellow staff, and the animals with patience and respect. I admired her ability to maintain such a pleasant and positive attitude. In addition to many years of experience in the animal care industry, Amy Shannon has three dogs of her own, both large and small. It is clear that a deep and abiding love for animals has led her to create her own business, Loving Paws & House Sitting. I would not hesitate in trusting Amy Shannon with the care of my own pets and therefore feel quite confident in advising you to do the same.
