Sara Morris

Hello, my name is Sara. I initially joined the Loving Paws & House Sitting team in November 2006 as a Professional Pet Sitter servicing the Orleans area.

I was immediately impressed by the degree of professionalism and the friendly and caring approach to services that the company values, and I knew that I would fit in quite well because I hold the same perspective toward customer service.

The position of Client Care Coordinator has proven to be absolutely amazing over the past two years. Having the opportunity to work with animals on a regular basis, and meet with pet parents who have the same passion and love for pets as I do has been a truly rewarding experience, for which I am incredibly grateful.

Throughout my time working as a Pet Sitter I was also completing my education at the University of Ottawa in the communications field. My education has taught me several valuable aspects about working for an organization and independently, which I always implemented as a Pet Sitter. Being organized, compassionate, and extremely detail-oriented are things my education has taught me, which helped me to thrive at my job as a Pet Sitter. I am proud to say that I completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Concentration in Communication in December 2008.

After a year of working for Loving Paws & House Sitting as a Pet Sitter, I was delighted to be offered a position as Client Care Coordinator for the company. This position has allowed me to pursue even more of what I love, interacting with clients and team members through telephone and email. It has been a pleasure to hear so many wonderful stories about clients’ furry family members, and to share mine in return.

I also feel that Loving Paws & House Sitting has an incredible team dynamic. The sitters are extremely supportive of one another, and their kind and friendly demeanor has helped me to excel at my position as Client Care Coordinator.

Now that I have completed my education, I hope to focus more on my duties as Administrative Assistant for Loving Paws & House Sitting for years to come, as the company continues to grow. I am looking forward to hearing all about clients’ wonderful pets, to accommodating their requests, and to going above and beyond for clients in any way possible.
